This isn’t just about workouts — it’s about community, accountability, and a little healthy rivalry. This season it’s Team Kelvin vs Team Megan vs Team Dani in an epic 6-week showdown. You’ll be randomly assigned to a team and battle it out together to see who can bring the most energy, consistency, and results.

• Kick things off with a full InBody scan to track your starting point
• Get your personalised eating plan to fuel your goals and boost results
