About the event

Returning to exercise after having a baby isn’t always as simple as just “getting back into it.”


Postpartum recovery requires more than medical clearance — it requires a structured, progressive approach to rebuilding strength properly.


Core weakness, pelvic floor instability, leaking, back pain, and uncertainty around what’s safe are all incredibly common challenges after pregnancy. Ignoring them — or rushing back into high-intensity training — often leads to frustration, discomfort, or setbacks.


Mom Strong is an ongoing postpartum strength programme designed to help moms rebuild their foundation before returning to full training.
